• Account data: name, email and password (stored encrypted).
• Billing data and contracted plan.
• Your OnlyFans login credentials, handled through a secure proxy to authenticate the bot — never stored in plain text on our servers.
• Conversations, messages and usage metadata needed for the bot to work and to generate your account analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use your data to operate Luna Chatting (including generating AI-automated replies), process payments, send you Telegram alerts when a fan is ready to buy, provide support, and improve the product.

4. Legal bases for processing

We process your data based on performance of the service contract, your explicit consent (e.g. when connecting your OnlyFans account), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable.

5. Third-party processors

To operate the service, we share strictly necessary data with:

• Our AI model provider, to generate the bot's replies.
• OnlyFansAPI, as a proxy to authenticate and sync your OnlyFans account.
• The Telegram Bot API, to send you notifications and alerts.
• Our hosting/infrastructure provider, where the database is stored.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and billing data while your subscription is active and for any additional period required by law. Conversation logs and usage telemetry are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and generate your analytics.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data by writing to soporte@lunachatting.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers (infrastructure, AI, messaging) may process data outside your country of residence. In those cases, we require them to have adequate data protection safeguards.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, encrypted passwords) to protect your information. No system is fully infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
