1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract in order to use the service. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
Luna Chatting is an AI-powered chatbot designed to automate and warm up conversations with fans on OnlyFans, based on the tone and style you configure. The Service does not guarantee sales or specific outcomes, and does not replace your judgment as a creator.
3. Trial, plans and billing
We offer a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, you can choose one of our monthly subscription plans (Básico, Pro or Agency). Billing is recurring until you cancel your subscription from the billing panel.
4. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Luna Chatting for the duration of your subscription, solely for the purposes intended by the Service.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use it for illegal content or activity, or content that violates OnlyFans' policies.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Resell, sublicense or share access to your account with unauthorized third parties.
6. Creator obligations
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure (pricing, tone, content), for complying with OnlyFans' policies, and for supervising the bot's activity on your account.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content and configuration you upload to the Service. We retain all rights to the platform, software and brand.
8. Fees, taxes and refunds
Plan pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with prior notice. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once processed.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
